The Final Reveal of The Total Transformation

THE BEFORE

Today we’re sharing all the furniture and décor selections for the Total Transformation House Reveal. Below you can find the links to shop all the products we selected for this outdoor space.

THE DESIGN

It all begin with a digital transformation from the team at Fawn Renae Designs. Actually, it’s where all of our projects begin! An exterior design allows the homeowner to see the possibilities before they start hiring contractors or adding a paint color that they later decide they actually weren’t that crazy about to begin with. The design an updated plant selection, hardscape finishes in the front and back, a wood tone garage door and new front door, a basketball court, and a fresh coat of paint. There’s just something about seeing the whole thing that unlocks so much potential.

THE AFTER

For this outdoor living space we put into consideration that our clients love to hang outdoors with their two young kids. They expressed that they enjoy dining outdoors as well as having a glass of wine by the fire pit. We made it a priority to find furniture and décor that best represented their style and their English Tudor style home and stay in their budget.

We selected wood toned furniture to give this space contrast with the white painted exterior, then added soft earth toned accessories like throw pillows and blankets, lanterns, baskets, and rugs to pull the look together. We also, added an incredible fire pit that really grounds the seating area.

The cherry on top of this project was revealing the finished look to our clients. The whole time we worked on this transformation, we imagine the homeowners living in the space. We think about their family dynamics, their lifestyle and how they plan to use the space so that we can create something that’s not only beautiful, but is functional as well. This by far is our favorite part!
