This is the time of year when so many of us are updating our landscape and all of our outdoor spaces and trying to spend allll our free time outside! We’re sourcing some of our favorite outdoor pieces and sharing them with you. We curated this look for a client that Fawn Renae Designs worked with to create a custom exterior design for her business location. We’ve taken that vision and we’re giving her two basic looks to select her style: moody and boho or farmhouse. Which style is your vibe?
Here’s a little bit about Sharon from Big6 Properties:
Sharon is a local real estate agent based out of Taylorsville, NC and she recently purchased this small building located near Highway 16. What is currently an old residence is getting turned into the perfect location for Sharon’s business. She plans to use this space to meet with her clients and she envisions bringing her team together for meetings and celebrations! Here’s the building before Fawn Renae Designs got ahold of it:
The location was prime real estate for Big6 Properties because it will be seen by traffic making their way up and down the mountain. During her consultation with Fawn, she mentioned she wanted her property to feel like a virtual hug. Don’t you love that? All of the details that Fawn put into the designs help to tell the story of an updated farmhouse with painted brick, a new front porch, lounge space in the back, and the beautiful perennials that make a biiiig first impression on all who pass by! Here’s what Fawn’s design turned this into:
Ohhhh! This is a show-stopper you’d notice, right? Fawn took it to the next level with the amount of detail she put into the exterior changes and the feel of the space, and we were happy to jump on board when Sharon asked us to help her source these products! Our goal here is to give Sharon a few options to choose from. We’re focused on making this a seamless process for Sharon… we’ve curated a boho look and a farmhouse vibe.
